DELIVERIES
We will aim to dispatch your orders within 3-4 days.
We post items via Royal Mail or another courier service depending on the item.
At the moment we are unable to offer delivery outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If you are local you are welcome to collect your item. Please email us & we can arrange this for you. Collection from: The Granary, Pound Lane, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, BA151LF.
Large items such as furniture are available for delivery & we can provide a quote based on your location. Please email us at info@thegranaryboa.com if you would like further information. We are currently only able to deliver online furniture purchases within a 20 mile radius of Bradford on Avon. You can however come & collect your furniture piece from our shop. Please email us & choose this option at check out.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.
In the regrettable instance that you aren’t, you can return your item within 14 days of purchase. You will also need to email us at info@thegranaryboa.com to notify us of your return.
New items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be unused in the condition that you received them in.
We thoroughly check all items for any defects before dispatch, but as an extra precaution, we advise that customers check goods on receipt and before removing any packaging. Once the product is fully unpackaged/used, we will not accept any returns unless the item is faulty.
The buyer is responsible for the postage costs for the returned item. The item must be packaged carefully & securely so we receive your return in its original condition with no damages.
We cannot reimburse the initial postage costs. The refund will only be for the item itself.
We are also not responsible if your returns get lost in transit. Please make sure you use a reliable returns process with tracking, signature & insurance.

Considerations should be taken as returning goods may take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, unless sent via special delivery, so please ensure you allow enough time for any return.
Once we have received your item we will email a confirmation & refund the costs via your original payment method.
VINTAGE ITEMS
We stock a range of vintage pieces which are individual & one of a kind. We carefully source these pieces for their rustic charm. Please keep it in mind that vintage items may be slightly worn or have imperfections. This is what adds charm and character to the item & we hope you will love the item for these imperfections just as much as we do. We will try our utmost to show any imperfections with photographs.
DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your items. We will require photographs of the damage, and will endeavour to replace or refund the item/s. We will not be able to process a return without proof of damage.
You can return your damaged item & we will reimburse your postage costs as well as the item costs.
Every item is checked & packaged with the utmost care before leaving our shop, we therefore hope everything reaches you in perfect condition.
VOUCHERS
Our Granary vouchers are redeemable from our shop The Granary.
The Granary vouchers cannot be used at our Coffee Barn. We have separate vouchers for The Coffee barn if you would like to purchase.
Please note we cannot receive returns for The Granary vouchers. We will not be able to reimburse/refund for this product.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash in part or full. The voucher is valid for one single transaction only.
We are unable to replace any lost, or stolen cards.
Our vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. The voucher cannot be redeemed afterwards.
IN STORE PURCHASES ONLY-REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Our in store policy: we allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 28 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note only.
When you buy goods in store from us, you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where possible if the goods are damaged or broken.
If the product was bought with the knowledge of damage, marking or breakage, for example if the item was reduced at the till because of a product default. We cannot offer a refund. You will be offered an exchange or credit note.
The above policy is for INSTORE PURCHASES ONLY. If you have purchased your product online & would like to return instore then you will still need to follow the online policy of 14 days. Please follow the online purchase policy above.
